Steve Morison could make his return from a hernia injury against Blackpool tonight as Steve Lomas continues his search for an elusive first win as Millwall manager.

Morison (above) has been sidelined for a month after undergoing surgery but is ahead of schedule in his recovery and has given Lomas a boost by returning to full training.

Martyn Waghorn, who came off the bench to score in Saturday’s 5-1 defeat to Derby, is in line for his first start since joining on loan from Leicester. Millwall fans are growing increasingly frustrated with Lomas following a poor start to the season but Paul Robinson is urging everyone at the club to stick together.

The captain said: “We have to turn it around. While everybody was hurt on Saturday, we have always responded to results like that. We will stick together and go again as a club.

“After a defeat the best thing that can happen is for you to get back out on the pitch as soon as possible and that is the opportunity we have. Our home form has been disappointing but we have to make sure that Saturday is the bottom of that dip.”
