Man City XI vs Tottenham: Confirmed lineup, team news and injury latest for Premier League today

Jonathan Gorrie19 February 2022

Jack Grealish is the key absentee for Manchester City this evening when Tottenham make the trip to Etihad Stadium.

Former Spurs defender Kyle Walker, meanwhile, returns to the starting line-up after his Champions League suspension, to replace John Stones after the England centre-back covered on the right for the demolition of Sporting CP.

Gabriel Jesus is nearing his return to action but does not feature, with Cole Palmer also absent despite making good progress on his eventual comeback.

Aside from Grealish, there are no fresh injury concerns heading into the game and, with the Champions League last-16 surely wrapped up already, Guardiola has opted to field his first-choice XI despite the tight turnaround.

Man City XI: Ederson; Walker, Dias, Laporte, Cancelo; Rodrigo, Gundogan, Bernardo; Sterling, De Bruyne, Foden.

Subs: Carson, Stones, Ake, Zinchenko, Fernandinho, Mahrez, Delap, McAtee, Lavia.

Injured: Grealish

Date and time: Saturday 19 February at 5.30pm GMT
