The Spaniard is out of contract in the summer but could move to Serie A ahead of schedule for a reduced fee.

Since arriving at Anfield from the Cadiz youth team back in 2010, the Spaniard has made a total of 14 appearances for Liverpool.
His only appearance this campaign arriced in the Capital One Cup, where he came off the bench to score in extra time against Middlesbrough - before Brendan Rodgers' side eventually one the tie 14-13 on penalties.
