Follow Saturday's Premier League football as Manchester City host Aston Villa in Saturday's evening game
David Silva started as Manchester City kept an unchanged side for the visit of FA Cup finalists Aston Villa in the Barclays Premier League.
Silva was carried off on a stretcher after a blow to the face against West Ham last weekend but suffered no serious damage and kept his place. Fit-again James Milner and Wilfried Bony were on the bench.
Villa made three changes to the side that triumphed at Wembley with Brad Guzan back in goal, Carlos Sanchez returning from suspension and Jores Okore also coming in.
