Inter Milan have opened the door to selling Chelsea and Tottenham targets Milan Skriniar or Alessandro Bastoni.

The two centre-backs have been linked with moves to the Premier League, along with interest from Paris Saint-Germain.

Spurs have made Bastoni their first-choice defensive target as Antonio Conte looks for a left-sided centre-back, while the Blues have been linked with both as Thomas Tuchel looks to replace both Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen.

With Inter closing in on a loan deal to bring Romelu Lukaku back to the club, having also signed Paulo Dybala, the club are now ready to offload a sellable asset to balance the books.

Inter chief executive Giuseppe Marotta told Radio Rai: "It’s certainly easier to replace a centre-back than a striker ... we will probably be forced to sell someone in that position."

Despite two new forwards coming in, Lautaro Martinez will be staying put. Martinez has also been linked with Spurs.

Marotta added: "Lautaro is a key player for our plans."
