The summer transfer window may not have officially opened yet but the rumour mill is already whirring along at a frantic pace.

Most of the transfer talk in the last few days has, unsurprisingly, surrounded Manchester United and Jose Mourinho.

The Portuguese tactician is set to take over at Old Trafford later this week, once the creases surrounding the trademark to his name have been ironed out.

And the 53-year-old is already reported to have identified plenty of players who could help to turn the Red Devils' fortunes around.

Among them is Chelsea Player of the Year Willian. The Brazilian was a shining light in a disappointing campaign at Stamford Bridge and Mourinho is said to be willing to bid £60m to acquire the forward's services.

Arsenal, meanwhile, are set to rival the Blues for the signature of Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly as Arsene Wenger looks to bolster his defensive options.

Over in east London, West Ham look like they could face a battle to retain Reece Oxford with Liverpool the latest club to enter the race for the talented 17-year-old.
