In a match that will be remembered for the 40-minute delay midway through the first half due to an electrical storm, England laboured to a draw in their final game before the World Cup.

Roy Hodgson named his strongest available side, and made ten changes to the team that drew with Ecuador on Wednesday.

Daniel Sturridge missed three presentable chances in a stop-start match which saw Brayan Beckeles sent off in the 65th minute for a second bookable offence, after clattering Leighton Baines.
