Harry Redknapp may find life at QPR tough after relegation

Queens Park Rangers boss Harry Redknapp insists this season’s relegation battle has been a learning curve for him.

Redknapp’s side finished bottom of the Premier League after yesterday’s 1-0 defeat at Liverpool and he believes his side have suffered from a lack of quality.

“I learnt a lot from day one,” said Redknapp. “I knew what I had here and I knew we were short of quality. We’ve hung in there and done our best but we haven’t been good enough.

“I want to put a group together that you come in every day and you look forward to coming into work. I don’t need all that aggro everyday of people coming in late, fining players. One player got more in fines this month than he earns in wages and he earns plenty.”
