Queens Park Rangers fear Fulham are about to gazump their bid to sign Tottenham midfielder Scott Parker.
As Standard Sport revealed yesterday, Rangers boss Harry Redknapp has renewed his efforts to buy the £3.5million-rated Parker (above).
But Fulham have also entered the race and QPR assistant manager Kevin Bond said: “If a Premier League club came in for him, that is the holy grail for players, so it will be difficult.”
It appears Fulham only moved for Parker because they have struggled to acquire QPR midfielder Esteban Granero, who is a target for Spanish club Real Sociedad.
