EA Sports have released the latest batch of player ratings for FIFA 18, with striking stars Harry Kane and Romelu Lukaku among the game’s top 60 players.

Ahead of the latest iteration’s release on September 29, EA has been counting down the top players on the game with Thursday's update bringing numbers 60 to 41.

That list includes double Golden Boot-winning Tottenham striker Kane, who is handed an 86 overall rating with particularly impressive attributes for shooting (87).

Manchester United's £75million summer signing Lukaku has the same overall score but, despite having a lower shooting attribute, is rated the 48th-best player on the game while Kane is at 53 on the list.

The latest update has also brought 86 ratings for Chelsea duo David Luiz and Cesc Fabregas, Toby Alderweireld of Tottenham and Liverpool playmaker Philippe Coutinho.

Manchester City playmaker David Silva is handed an 87, but notable absentees so far include Arsenal pair Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez and Chelsea’s record signing Alvaro Morata.
