Croatia's Ivan Perisic prepared for Saturday's Euro 2016 knockout clash with Portugal by rivalling the madcap cuts on show at the tournament.
Perisic, who was this morning linked with a move to Arsenal, scored twice in the group stages as Croatia overcame holders Spain to top Group D and set up a last 16 clash with Cristiano Ronaldo and Co.
But whether or not he puts in a performance at Stade Bollaert-Delelis in Lens on Saturday evening, Perisic intends to stand out.
Following the lead of Aaron Ramsey, Radja Nainggolan and Marouane Fellaini among others, the Inter Milan star has dabbled with the die and doctored his lid in a show of true patriotism.
In images uploaded to Instagram ahead of the clash, Perisic has shown off a chequered design across his back and sides, which is taken from the nation's coat of arms.
