Cristiano Ronaldo has admitted he is open to working under Jose Mourinho again after saying he doesn't know what his future will bring.
The Real Madrid star played under Mourinho during the Portuguese coach's three-year tenure at the Santiago Bernabeu, and recently said he believes the current Chelsea boss is the best manager he has ever had.
"I would put him at the top, I always say that," Ronaldo told BT Sport.
Mourinho's future at champions Chelsea remains precarious following the club's worst start to a season in more than a decade, but Ronaldo revealed he would be open to playing under the charismatic coach again after refusing to rule out a move away from Real.
"Work with Mourinho again? Why not?" Ronaldo told Marca at his world film premiere in London on Monday night, which Mourinho also attended.
"I've got two more years on my contract with Real Madrid, but no-one knows what the future holds."
Despite Ronaldo remaining coy about his future at the Santiago Bernabeu, the 30-year-old's agent Jorge Mendes said he believes the Portugal captain will finish his career in the Spanish capital with Real.
"We must wait maybe 10 years because I said many times and I think he will finish his career about 40 or 41 years old," Mendes told Standard Sport.
"I'm sure that he will finish his career at Real Madrid and after that we will see, it's too soon."
