Chelsea vs PSG: Who will progress to the Champions League last eight? Standard Sport Poll of the Day

1/12
Tom Dutton9 March 2016

Chelsea host PSG at Stamford Bridge tonight looking to book a place in the Champions League last eight following last month's first leg, 2-1 defeat at the Parc des Princes.

Edinson Cavani struck late in the French capital to hand Laurent Blanc's men the advantage after John Obi Mikel had earlier cancelled out Zlatan Ibrahimovic's first-half free-kick.

It is the third time in three seasons these two clubs have met in Europe's elite club competition, with Jose Mourinho's side edging out Blanc's on away goals in the quarters two years ago, before Thiago Silva exacted revenge at this same stage last term.

But this intriguing battle, rekindled in recent times after Chelsea handsomely dispatched the Paris club in the group stages back in 2004, will take another twist this evening as one club marches into the quarter-finals.

Chelsea, who won the trophy in 2012, have a chequered recent past in the competition, having only progressed past the round of 16 three times in the last seven seasons, but Guus Hiddink has his sights set on the trophy.

Will the Dutchman mastermind victory and take another step towards the Champions League title tonight? Have your say in our poll below
