Chelsea and Arsenal face off in a London derby tonight with Frank Lampard and Mikel Arteta both in needed of a Premier League result tonight.
Lampard's Chelsea are sitting pretty in fourth place, though the Blues passed up the chance to extend that lead to eight points as they fell to a 1-0 defeat at Newcastle on Saturday.
As for Arteta's Arsenal, a 1-1 home draw against Sheffield United was yet another example of this team's inability to defend a lead, leaving them 10 points adrift of Chelsea in 10th position.
This is a key game for both managers early on in their respective managerial careers: Lampard needs a win to restore some belief that Chelsea can turn the Bridge into a fortress, while an away win would do wonders for the confidence in the Arsenal squad as Arteta attempts to rebuild the club.
