Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard believes Jose Mourinho has assembled a squad capable of winning the Champions League this season.
The 23-year-old joined the Blues in the weeks that followed their 2012 European Cup success, and famously revealed the move to his social media followers, posting: "I'm signing for the champions league winner."
But the Belgium international has since worked under three managers at Stamford Bridge and Chelsea have not progressed beyond the semi-finals in Europe's primary competition.

Hazard, however, has always believed Chelsea have what it takes to lift the European Cup again and after Mourinho strengthened the squad during the summer, the former Lille star insists there is enough quality in the side to go all the way this season.
"My ambition in the Champions League is pretty much the same as it has been since I’ve been at Chelsea," he told the club's official website. "Personally and collectively it is to go as far as we can, which is to win it.
"With the team we have I think that it's possible. There is also Real Madrid who are the holders, Bayern Munich are very strong again this year, there are some other great teams – so let's see how it goes.
"We have to qualify from the group stage first, that's the most important thing right now.
"But of course the dream is to win it. Every year when we play in the Champions League, we play to have the chance to win it. There is a lot of quality in our group and we are all hoping we can go to the end."
Chelsea travel to Portugal to face Sporting Lisbon on Tuesday after surrendering the lead to draw at home with Schalke in their opening group game.
