Chelsea are through to the semi-finals of the Uefa Champions League after seeing off FC Porto.

Thomas Tuchel was drafted in following the sacking of Frank Lampard earlier this season, and was immediately tasked by Roman Abramovich with delivering silverware at Stamford Bridge.

Tuchel has responded by leading Chelsea to the final four of the Champions League, with the Blues beating Porto 2-1 on aggregate in the quarters.

With the quarter-final and semi-final fixtures having been drawn together, Chelsea knew that they would be facing either Real Madrid or Liverpool for a place in the final.

Real Madrid beat Liverpool 3-1 in their first leg at home in the Spanish capital, and held on for a goalless draw at Anfield to secure their spot in the last four.

Should Chelsea beat Real over two legs to reach the final, then they will face either PSG - who saw off holders Bayern Munich in Tuesday night's other quarter-final - or Manchester City, who beat Borussia Dortmund 4-2 on aggregate.
