Borussia Dortmund vs Tottenham: Player ratings

Tottenham suffered a damaging 3-0 defeat to Borussia Dortmund in the first leg of their Europa League last-16 clash tonight.

Maurico Pochettino made seven changes to the side which drew with Arsenal at the weekend, the most notable of which saw Harry Kane drop to the bench.

Nacer Chadli led the line in the Englishman's absence but, after starting brightly during the opening stages, the north Londoners found themselves on the back foot.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang headed home the opening goal after out jumping Ben Davies and the hosts never looked back.

Thomas Tuchel's side found their groove and made Spurs look ordinary for large parts of the encounter.

Marco Reus rifled home his side's second goal from close range and added a third soon after to put the Bundesliga outfit firmly in control ahead of next week's second leg.

Without an away goal to take back to White Hart Lane, Tottenham's hopes of progression look all but over.

But who impressed at the Westfalenstadion and who had a night to forget? Watch the video above to find out:
