Eddie Nketiah kept England Under-21s on course for a third successive Toulon Tournament title by firing them into the final.

The Arsenal youngster scored twice after the break as the Young Lions came from behind to beat Scotland 3-1 in the semi-final.

Mikey Johnston put Scotland ahead before half-time, skipping past two defenders before beating goalkeeper Freddie Woodman, with a fine strike.

But England came out far stronger in the second half as Aidy Boothroyd's team talk appeared to have the desired effect.

Nketiah set up Callum Connolly's equaliser early on in the second half before nutmegging his man-marker before firing a shot into the top corner from inside the area for his first.

Victory was secured soon after with a twisting run and then left-footed shot as Nketiah bagged a brace.

The Young Lions, who won the competition in 2016 and 2017, will face Mexico in the final on Saturday.
