Chelsea's Petr Cech is on the verge of completing his move across London to Arsenal for a fee believed to be in the region of £11 million.
Standard Sport understands that the move is very close to completion but the clubs are yet to officially confirm the transfer.
The goalkeeper, who spent 11 seasons at Stamford Bridge, is expected to serve as Arsene Wenger's number one keeper and the move is expected to be followed by the departure of either Wojciech Szczesny or David Ospina.
Cech, who has told his Blues team-mates he is leaving for north London, will likely face his former club before the start of the Premier League season as the Gunners contest the Community Shield at Wembley in August.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho had been loath to sell his keeper to a direct rival but it is understood that the club hierarchy respected the 33-year-old's wishes to stay in London, and he rejected a move to Paris Saint-Germain to head to the Emirates for a reported £100,000-a-week.
The Czech shot-stopper lost his place in the Chelsea defence last season to Thibaut Courtois, making just six league appearances in his final season at Stamford Bridge.
Club captain John Terry had earlier on Monday praised the new Arsenal keeper, telling Talksport that he would be "worth 15 points a season" to Arsenal.
