Arsenal receive just 25,000 FA Cup final tickets

Arsenal supporters are set to voice their anger at the Football Association once again after receiving just 25,000 tickets for the FA Cup Final.

The allocation is in keeping with the FA’s traditional split at the new Wembley, with each team receiving that number in addition to 20,000 tickets going to the “football family”, namely volunteers from counties, leagues, local clubs and charities.

A further 17,000 tickets will be used by Club Wembley members for the game to be shown on the BBC and BT Sport. Tickets will range from £50 to £120.

The Gunners have around 45,000 season-ticket holders, many of whom were forced to miss last year’s Final against Hull. Chief executive Ivan Gazidis expressed his “disappointment” at the time and claimed “the balance in the FA’s allocation system is not right”.
