Antonio Conte insists he will not change his ways to keep his job at Chelsea having secured his second major trophy in as many seasons at the club.
Despite Chelsea's Premier League title defence ending with a fifth-placed finish, Conte masterminded a 1-0 FA Cup final win over rival Jose Mourinho and his Manchester United side on Saturday.
Conte’s future has been up for debate since the opening day defeat to Burnley at Stamford Bridge, and it is widely expected he will leave the club this summer - though the Italian has a year remaining on his deal.
When pressed on what he would like to hear from the club when it comes to discussing his future, Conte made it clear there will be no alterations in order to keep his job.

"After two years the club knows me very well, very well and if they want to continue with me they know me, I can’t change," Conte said.
"My way is always the same, hard work and to build a strong mentality with my players.
"I can’t change, I can’t change.
"I think that my past speaks clear, as a player and as a manager, I repeat.
"You can tell what you want but I’m a serial winner and I show this also in England, in a difficult moment for the club after 10th place, and I think that I have showed this also today because we found the right way to win this trophy.
"I am very happy for the players, the fans and I am happy for the club…in two years I brought two trophies, I am very happy."
