Alvaro Morata is open to returning to Real Madrid but only after "winning everything" with Chelsea.

The striker left his boyhood club for the second time over the summer, to become Chelsea's club-record signing in a deal worth an initial £58million, after initially joining Juventus in 2014 before being brought back to Real Madrid two seasons later.

Morata left the Santiago Bernabeu in search for regular first-team football - he is now the Blues' main man up front - and insists he would only entertaining a third spell with Real Madrid after lifting every trophy with Chelsea.

"Of course I'd go back - only after I have won everything with Chelsea and made my mark there," he told AS.

"It's very difficult to say no to Madrid when you're a Madridista. But to be honest, I don't think it's going to happen although you never know. It's not something I am thinking about because I'm happy in London.

Morata faced Real Madrid twice during his spell with Juventus, scoring on both occasions as the Old Lady reached the Champions League Final in 2015.

The striker hopes to meet reigning champions Los Blancos once again in the competition, but this time in the Final

"Of course - and for us to win. I hope we manage to avoid each other but sure, I'd be up for meeting them in the final, without a doubt.
