Alexandre Lacazette opened the scoring in today's north London derby in spectacular style as Arsenal and Tottenham went head to head.

Sixteen minutes into Sunday's highly-anticipated Premier League derby, Serie Aurier lost out in a 50-50 challenge to Granit Xhaka, with the ball falling to Lacazette 30 yards out.

Lacazette immediately headed for goal and unleashed a stunning, vicious effort from 25 yards which span into the top right-hand corner of Hugo Lloris' net.

But Lacazette's brilliant opener was soon cancelled out as, yet again, Arteta's defence let the side down.

With little danger immediately apparent, Sead Kolasinac attempted a pass back to David Luiz in central defence.

However, Luiz was caught on the backfoot, allowing Heung-min Son to bear down on goal, round Emi Martinez, and equalise for the hosts three minutes after Lacazette's strike.
