A mean dig at Watford

Watford manager Malky Mackay has an easy team talk for tomorrow's game with Nottingham Forest — he just needs to pin up a copy of Paul Anderson's views on the dressing room wall.

The Forest winger told his local paper Watford are "one of those route one sides who like to be a bit physical". He believes Forest have to be "a bit more aggressive," after they were outmuscled at Portsmouth. Anderson added: "We can be more physical and mean."

Of course, Watford do have aggression in spades but Mackay will be upset at seeing his men described as a long ball team which they certainly are not. After two defeats, getting one over Anderson would be particularly sweet.
