Dream pick for Kevin Pietersen

Kevin Pietersen is the only England player in Wisden's Test Match Dream XI, published for the first time today.

The batsman is at No5 in the team, which was chosen by a panel of former Test players - India's Ravi Shastri, Ian Bishop of the West Indies, and New Zealand's Ian Smith. India's Mahendra Singh Dhoni was picked as captain and wicketkeeper.
