Leon Cort is warning his Stoke side to pay extra attention to CRYSTAL PALACE striker Clinton Morrison at the Britannia Stadium tonight.

The defender left Selhurst Park in November before a permanent switch in January so is well aware of the threat Morrison poses.

"Clinton is one I know well," said Cort. "He can be quiet for 89 minutes, but then pop up with a goal. He's always been a good finisher."

Cort faces a late fitness test on a calf strain while Palace have a doubt over striker James Scowcroft, who is struggling with a hamstring injury.

CHARLTON manager Alan Pardew hailed Leroy Lita after the on-loan Reading striker bagged a brilliant brace to earn 10-man Charlton, who had keeper Nicky Weaver sent off, a 2-1 win at Plymouth. Pardew said: "Lita was excellent all game and we needed him to be."

WATFORD need to improve despite a 2-1 win over Coventry, believes boss Aidy Boothroyd. "I told the players at the end 'well done on the win, but it's not good enough for us'," he said.
QPR midfielder Gareth Ainsworth came off the bench to inspire a 2-2 draw with Preston, then revealed his ambitions to become a coach. He said: "I help out in team talks. I'm learning so much and hopefully one day I'll be a coach or a manager."
