Coleman praises flying Inamoto

Chris Coleman praised the contribution of Junichi Inamoto ahead of tonight's Carling Cup game at Wigan.

Fulham were beaten by the Lancastrians in last season's competition, but Coleman believes a rejuvenated Inamoto can take them through this time around.

Coleman said: "He's been a revelation this season. Last term he was different class when he had the ball, but when he didn't have the ball he left a lot to be desired.

"This year, though, he has attempted to rectify that and has totally surprised me. I talked to him in pre-season and told him what I wanted from him and ever since he has been first class."

Coleman has no new injury worries but Barry Hayles and Sean Davis are still out.
