Chelsea dominate our London team of the Season so far... but Arsenal and Tottenham outnumber West Ham

As the top-flight season reaches the halfway point Chelsea’s pre-eminence in the capital is clear for all to see.
Five players from the table toppers have made the team of the season so far compiled by Whoscored.com for Standard Sport.
Diego Costa, Eden Hazard and Cesc Fabregas are likely to be amongst the candidates for individual honours at the end of the season and it is no surprise to see them take their places in the 11. The attacking trio are joined by Cesar Azpilicueta and Branislav Ivanovic in the full back roles.
For Hazard this has been a particularly impressive start to the campaign; he narrowly beat Fabregas to be the highest-rated London player.
Third on that list is Alexis Sanchez, who has managed 10 goals in 17 league appearances for Arsenal this term. His colleague Santi Cazorla’s fine recent form has also earned him a place in the side.
The midfield is rounded out by Crystal Palace captain Mile Jedinak, who has averaged an impressive 3.6 tackles and 3.8 interceptions this season.
In a mixed season for Tottenham one of the few undoubted stars has been Hugo Lloris, rated the best goalkeeper in London. Spurs’ other representative is new signing Federico Fazio.
The other centre back, and surprisingly the only representative for sixth-placed West Ham, is James Tomkins.
