Chambers gets warning

Dwain Chamber has been warned by a leading drugs expert that he has been gambling with his long-term health by taking a scientifically untested substance.

The European 100m champion, who faces a hearing next month following a positive test for the new designer steroid tetrahydrogestrinone, has been taking "huge" risks, according to the science director of the World Anti-Doping Agency Olivier Rabin.

He said: "It has never been tested properly. It is a huge risk to your health. Who knows in the future what will be the effect on somebody's life?"
