Canham signs for Orient again

13 April 2012

Leyton Orient have resigned former West Ham midfielder Scott Canham.

Canham, 26, returns for a second spell with the Third Division side after spending almost two years at Brisbane Road.

He left to join Ryman League side Chesham United, but Orient manager Tommy Taylor has been impressed with his form and has brought him back on a one-year contract.

Taylor has also swooped to sign QPR's Northern Ireland Under-21 international midfielder Tony Flynn.

Flynn was one of the 20 play-ers released by the club after they suffered relegation to the Second Division last season.

Taylor, who will take Flynn on trial said: "I've watched Tony for a while and he certainly appears to have done very well in that central midfield position."
