Broncos in 'must win' battle

William Kings13 April 2012

London Broncos start their "must win" finish to the Super League season when they face relegation- threatened Wakefield at The Valley on Sunday.

Tony Rea's men must win all six of their remaining games - and hope fifth-placed Leeds slip up - if they are to make the endofseason play-offs.

Broncos will welcome back Scott Cram from a knee injury but will remain without the services of Tulsen Tollett, Dom Peters, skipper Jason Hetherington and Marvin Golden. Still, for once in this injuryravaged season, Rea will at least have a few more possibilities from which to pick a team.

London had one victory off the pitch yesterday when Super League accepted their proposal that the board of directors of Super League (Europe) Ltd should consist of members who have no financial or other interest in any professional rugby league club.
