Broken ankle for Feather

12 April 2012

Bradford prop forward Chris Feather is likely to miss the rest of the season after X-rays confirmed he broke an ankle in Sunday's 14-4 Challenge Cup win against Wakefield.

The former Wakefield and Leeds player suffered a fracture and dislocation at the start of the second half at Belle Vue.

The injury is similar to that sustained by Bradford prop Andy Lynch last September, which resulted in a five-month lay-off.

Bradford are still checking on other injuries to full-back Michael Platt (hip) and loose forward Jamie Langley (hamstring).
