Aussie pair's Ashes boost

Andrew Symonds and Brett Lee have had their Ashes aspirations revived with selection in Australia's one-day squad to play Pakistan in the United Arab Emirates this month.

Disciplinary issues and a knee injury have kept all-rounder Symonds out of the national team, while paceman Lee missed a large chunk of the Australian summer with a left foot injury.

Symonds said: "It will be great to be part of the tour."
