Arrows on the right track

Argentine Sergio Rinland has been appointed chief designer at Arrows.
?Next year?s car, the A23, is at a critical stage so Sergio?s input will help us to achieve our targets,? said team manager Tom Walkinshaw.
Arrows have never won a grand prix, despite 369 starts, but have secured the same engine as Ford-owned Jaguar for 2002 and are expected to be far more competitive.
