As the UK prepares for Potter-mania on Saturday June 21, Waterstone’s at Piccadilly is planning to magically transform its children’s floor into Diagon Alley, featuring Madam Malkin’s Robes for All Occasions and Weasley’s Wizard Wheezes joke shop.

The store will open at midnight for those who cannot wait for sunrise to get their hands on JK Rowling’s fifth Potter instalment, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.

Harry Potter fans will be able to meet Dumbledore himself, explore Hagrid’s cabin and Hermione’s magical reading garden. And there will be live magic displays and spellbinding surprises.

  • The Order of the Phoenix goes on sale at 12.01am on Saturday 21st June.
