Scarlett Johansson's smouldering new photo shoot

There's no translation needed here - screen siren Scarlett Johansson screams red hot in her latest advertising campaign for Louis Vuitton.

As one of the many new faces of the brand, she is certainly in interesting company: former communist leader Mikhail Gorbachev and French actress Catherine Denueve have also appeared in separate advertisements for the company.

She added her famous air of old Hollywood glamour to the new shoot, in which she shows off her alabaster skin and much-envied curves in a series of provocative poses.

The 22-year-old, who has been linked to Justin Timberlake and actor Ryan Reynolds in recent times, says she has embraced her voluptuous look.

She said: "I think that everybody has days that they feel more accepting of their own body than other days. I wouldn't say it's something I struggle with. I have what I have and I try and appreciate that."

Still, there are no plans to take up a more revealing role.

While Jameson has voiced her hopes that actress would sign on for the role, Johansson doesn't share her enthusiasm.

The star's spokesperson told People magazine: "Scarlett has never seen a script nor been approached about this project. She also has no interest in playing this role."

The film, her third by the Oscar-winning director, will also star Spanish actress Penelope Cruz and heartthrob Javier Bardem.

She is expected to be in Spain for seven weeks in total, including one week in the northern Spanish region of Asturias, before returning to New York.
