Rod froze his sperm, Penny reveals
Singer Rod Stewart froze his sperm 'in case of problems', his fiancÈe Penny Lancaster has revealed.
The blonde model, now heavily pregnant, told chef Gordon Ramsay of their precautionary measures. 'We did actually freeze his sperm in case there were going to be any problems,'
Lancaster said on Ramsay's show The FWord, to be shown on Thursday. 'We were at home privately ... intimately. And then I rushed down in the Ferrari [to the preservation centre] with my handbag and the little vial next to it.'
Stewart, 60, already has six children, but it will be the first child he has had with Lancaster, 34.
The pregnancy was conceived naturally. In the programme, father of four Ramsay blames his own low sperm count on his occupation.
He believes constant exposure to high levels of heat in the kitchen is the cause.
