Mother-to-be Kerry Katona was taken to hospital over a pregnancy scare. The worried star went to her local Accident and Emergency department on Monday after she began bleeding at home.

Doctors at Warrington General Hospital reassured her and fiance Mark Croft that the baby was fine. Ex-Atomic Kitten Katona, 25, is three months pregnant with her third child.

"Kerry went to hospital because she had a little bit of bleeding and wanted to get checked over," a spokeswoman said.

"There was no drama, she was just being sensible and wanted to make sure everything was OK. The doctors told her the baby was fine and sent her home."

This is the first baby for I'm A Celebrity winner Katona and her cab driver fiance. She has two daughters by ex-Westlife star Brian McFadden. The couple are in the process of divorcing.
