Actor Pete Davidson has been charged with reckless driving three months after crashing into a Beverly Hills home.

The Saturday Night Live star, 29, was with actress girlfriend Chase Sui Wonders, 27, when his Mercedes hit the house in March.

No one was seriously injured but the car flattened a fire hydrant before crashing through the homeowner’s living room. The home had be demolished.

“We believe that Mr Davidson engaged in reckless driving, which ultimately resulted in his involvement in a serious collision into a home,” the DA’s office said in a statement.

“In 2022, traffic fatalities in Los Angeles have reached the highest levels seen in 20 years. This is an alarming trend that we cannot ignore.

“As a result, it’s crucial that we take all allegations of reckless driving seriously and hold those responsible accountable.”

Davidson is due to appear in court next month.

Davidson, who left Saturday Night Live last year, has a string of high-profile exes including Kim Kardashian, Ariana Grande, Kate Beckinsale and Phoebe Dynevor.
