Gwyneth Paltrow has put her luxurious New York home up for sale. The move indicates the actress intends to stay in London permanently with her husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.

Her townhouse in Manhattan's trendy Greenwich Village is on the market for £4.1million.

Paltrow, 32, and Martin, 27, have lived in London since daughter Apple was born nine months ago. The couple bought a £2million home in Belsize Park, North London, last July.
