The ads were shot by filmmaker Brett Ratner
The ads, shot by filmmaker Brett Ratner in the penthouse of the Chateau Marmont hotel in Los Angeles, show Klum wearing classic Jordache skinny jeans in dark indigo.
In one shot a sultry Klum looks over her bare shoulder, brandishing a riding whip, evoking the brand's horse-head logo.
The 34-year-old host of Bravo's reality show "Project Runway" follows in the footsteps of Elizabeth Hurley and Brittany Murphy as the figurehead of the fashion brand.

Married to musician Seal, the couple have two sons, and Klum has a daughter from a previous relationship.
Klum told US magazine People the secret to regaining that post-pregancy model figure - is being naturally active.
She said: "I have three children...That keeps you busy all the time. I work and we do a lot of things that are active. We work in the garden. We jump on the trampoline.
"I just started playing tennis with my husband. We climb in the tree house with the children. We go to the park and feed the ducks. We are always mobile."

Looking Klum, the model still shows the form that made her a millionaire model
But the 34-year-old German native admitted that she gets a little help from 20 or 30 on set friends whose job it is make the model look good.
Klum said film director Brett Ratner, who was moonlighting as a fashion photographer "had a lot of assistants".
She added: "So I don't have to do that much. They all make me look good."

The romance in their relationship shows no signs of fading as she added: "I like him in jeans. I like him in anything. I like him without anything."
And as for how they keep their relationship so hot? Husband Seal said: "It keeps itself hot."
