Supermodel Kate Moss has retained her crown as the world's best-dressed woman - while Jodie Marsh is the worst-dressed

The 32-year-old topped Glamour magazine's annual style list for the third year running.

Her cocaine scandal has done nothing to diminish her in the eyes of the fashion pack.

"I both admire and envy Kate's originality. I would love an ounce of the confidence she has to experiment and fuse lots of different fashion ideas and never get it wrong," said Glamour editor Jo Elvin.

Photographer Nick Knight said: "Beyond Kate's beauty is the fact she is a strong and intelligent woman. The combination of both makes her immensely attractive and that's the key to her fantastic style."

Moss even managed to look super-stylish last week when attending an interview with Scotland Yard detectives over claims of drug use, dressed in over-sized sunglasses and a white trenchcoat.

Sienna Miller was in second place, followed by Victoria Beckham in third.
Beckham has moved up the list after adopting a more sophisticated style over the past 12 months.

Nicole Richie is the year's highest climber, up 33 places to number four despite her shrinking figure.

Halle Berry is fifth, followed by Charlize Theron, Jennifer Aniston, Mischa Barton, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Nicole Kidman.

But there is bad new for Celebrity Big Brother housemate Jodie Marsh.
She topped Glamour's worst-dressed list, just ahead of Jordan, Paris Hilton and Britney Spears.

Charlotte Church also featured in the roll-call of bad dressers thanks to the frumpy zebra-print jacket she wore to a charity dinner in September.

But the teenage singer was also a new entry in the best-dressed list at number 42.

The year's biggest loser was style icon Sarah Jessica Parker, who slumped from number three to number 14 following the end of Sex And The City.

In the list of most stylish couples, the Beckhams were in the number one spot.

"Love 'em or hate 'em, these two are undeniably stylish," Glamour said.

Posh and Becks were followed by OC stars Rachel Bilson and Adam Brody, and former golden couple Sienna Miller and Jude Law.

Jordan and Peter Andre were undisputed king and queen of the worst-dressed couple league.

The full top 50 appears in the March issue of Glamour, on sale from February 9.
