Louis Tomlinson has donated $10,000 to a young fan to help fund her medical care.

Little Rylee Sanford has a rare brain malformation bilateral close-lipped schizencephaly which causes her celebral palsy and her parents recently set up a YouCaring page to help with funds.

The page reveals that Rylee is a massive fan of Tomlinson, Zayn Malik, Harry Styles and Liam Payne alongside other artists including Taylor Swift.

On Monday, Tomlinson donated a generous $10,000 (£7,000) to the little girl’s page and left a sweet message reading: “Sending lots of love!”

Former One Direction bandmate Malik has also reached out for the cause by sharing a link to the page alongside a photo of the girl on his Twitter account.

The money will be used to allow her parents to adapt their house in alignment with Rylee’s needs and provide the right treatment.

On the page, they write: “We, as her family, want to help her reach her full potential and get her all the help she needs.

“In her medical stroller she has no way of freedom as she has to rely on us.

“To help her reach her full ability, we need house modifications to make our home accessible and funding for certain medical needs. “

After home modifications, the family say they would like to try stem cell treatments but insurance will not cover the cost.
