Johnny Depp says that he knew as soon as he met wife Vanessa Paradis that "my life as a single man was done".

The Hollywood star, 48, drank heavily and had relationships with Kate Moss, Winona Ryder and Jennifer Grey in his "dumb" years before meeting singer Paradis, 38, while shooting a film in France in 1998.
