Joe Wicks has shared his “dream” of wanting five children, four months after welcoming his third child with his wife Rosie.

The fitness coach, 37, revealed that he “loves big families” and hopes to continue expanding his brood, following the arrival of his baby girl Leni in September.

The trainer told OK!: “We’ve always said five kids would be the dream. I just love big families.

“If you have the space, and you can give them a nice life, then why not.

“We will have a little break now because obviously Rosie has just had one and we’re going to Coachella next year, so we’re not trying for a baby. But we do want another if all goes well in the future.”

Wicks and wife Rosie, 31, also share a daughter Indie, four, and son Marley, three.

Elsewhere in his interview, Wicks gave an update on baby Leni, sharing that she’s been “really easy” and “not too stressful” as a new-born.

The social media personality confessed he could be “a more patient parent” and that trait is “not naturally easy for me”, praising partner Rosie instead for being the “calm and relaxed” one in their parental roles.

“Parenting is usually a product of your own upbringing and I was shouted at a lot as a kid, so I don’t want to be an angry dad,” Wicks said.

The father-of-three has found that opening up about mental health with his children has made a positive step in his parenting.

Wicks continued: “This whole gentle parenting didn’t exist years ago – it was all about Supernanny and the naughty step.

“But that wasn’t teaching children how to regulate their emotions – it’s teaching them to suppress them and not to come to you until they’re feeling ‘normal’ again.

“Marley was having a tough time recently and I was reading a book called There’s No Such Thing As ‘Naughty’ [by Kate Silverton]. I learnt that if I just asked him for a cuddle, he would calm down. I told my followers about it and so many came back to me telling me it had changed their life.”

Hoping for his family to grow, Wicks shared his tips in keeping marriage alive with young children, saying that he “values time alone” with his wife, where they can “chat about what we’ve done and what we have planned.”
