Hollywood star Jessica Alba braved Arctic temperatures in London's Leicester Square for the premiere of new romantic comedy Valentine's Day.

The 28-year-old - who plays Ashton Kutcher's fiancee in the movie, which was directed by Pretty Woman's Garry Marshall - confessed she was freezing as she jokingly huddled inside Kutcher's overcoat while they posed for pictures on the red carpet.

After donning a black overcoat with sparkling gem epaulettes, Alba admitted she was a "romantic" at heart and revealed: "The best Valentine's Day I have ever had is every Valentine's Day I've spent with my husband (producer Cash Warren)."

Loved up: Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore at the Valentine's Day premiere

Alba attended the Los Angeles premiere earlier this week with Warren, with whom she has a 19-month-old daughter, Honor.

Kutcher, 32 - who plays a romantic florist in the movie - was joined by wife, Demi Moore, 47, on the red carpet tonight.

He denied hating Valentine's Day, as he has said in previous interviews, claiming: "I'm a fan of Valentine's Day. One of my best friends is a florist so I've been trying to play a florist for a while, because I was excited to highlight his skills. The character is so romantic - he's the messenger of love."
