'Horrible few weeks' for Vernon Kay as textual relationship girl signs up for Celebrity Big Brother

A model who exchanged raunchy text messages with Vernon Kay has signed up for Celebrity Big Brother.

Topless model Rhian Sugden's booking for the reality TV show could lead to a "horrible few weeks" for the presenter and his wife Tess Daly if she discusses her exchanges with the All-Star Family Fortunes host, which took place over four months and were revealed in January 2011, with her fellow housemates.

A source said: "If Rhian talks about Vernon it will be a real ratings winner. The fact that she's given interviews about it in the past suggests she may well open up again. It's going to be a horrible few weeks for Tess and Vernon."

Also believed to have signed up for the fly-on-the-wall contest are Coronation Street legend Julie Goodyear, rapper MC Harvey, controversial journalist Samantha Brick and US reality TV star Duane Chapman, who is better known as Dog The Bounty Hunter.

The latest names in the frame for the show come two weeks after it emerged that Coleen Nolan has signed up for the contest.

A show insider said: "Coleen gives good chat and that's what we're really looking for on the show. She also appeals to women so she's a great booking for the show."
