If you're a lush on the lash or just love the diversity of flavours found in British real ale, CAMRA's annual Great British Beer Festival will be hard to resist.

The festival features more than 400 real ales, ciders and perries, including the leading brands from Britain's big regional brewers, as well as a huge selection of small breweries selling beers you're unlikely to come across anywhere else. There are also special areas selling imported beers from Europe and North America.

If you're a novice and not sure what you're looking for, there are tutored beer tastings, while families can enjoy international food, pub quizzes, traditional pub games, entertainers, crafts and tombolas.
