Hello, body! Eva Herzigova's uplifting take on being pregnant

Now Eva Herzigova has told how pregnancy helped her regain the feminine shape that made her a household name in the Nineties.

The 37-year-old model, expecting her second child with businessman boyfriend Gregorio Marsiaj, said: "Being pregnant is less about being sexy than being sensual. You feel very feminine. There are all these special hormonal enhancements.

"You really blossom, especially in the first three months: my skin and my hair were in great condition; my breasts were like 'wow'; it was like I'd had a facelift and breast-enhancement surgery. It's amazing refinding the body that you used to have in your twenties."

She spoke two years after being photographed looking super-thin on holiday in the Caribbean.

The model, who has a three-year-old son, George, is now seven months pregnant. She also criticised the "Too Posh To Push" brigade who have elective Caesareans, telling Harper's Bazaar: "I wanted to give birth naturally at nine months.

"I've heard some women ... book delivery by Caesarean early before their due date. I think a lot do it because of the fear of pain." Herzigova wore Lanvin, Dior and Chanel for the photoshoot, which makes her the first pregnant cover star of Harper's Bazaar.
