There's no love lost between Lily Allen and Peaches Geldof, which is why we were hoping for some delicious drama when they chose to dine at the same restaurant last night.

Rivals: Peaches Geldof and Lily Allen

The pair were sat at opposite ends of celeb haunt scott's in Mayfair, and there were a few nervous looks passed between the staff.

There was a clear chill, especially after gobby Lily, 24, once threatened to stab and kick 19-year-old Peaches if they ever came face to face.

On Galaxy radio a couple of years ago, Lily joked: "I would kick her over then kick her even harder when she was down... I would probably like, stamp on my can of Magners and then stab her in the ear." hilarious.

But nobody got hurt last night - as the two were accompanied by aides who looked too sensible to let anything happen. Our spy told us: "Lily Allen made an early exit with her friend just after 10pm. she didn't look as though she had words with Peaches as she seemed quite calm.

Peaches was also in a jolly mood, so clearly they kept away from each other."
